Based on your information, we will schedule a free ZOOM or phone call consultation to clarify your desires, answer questions, discuss options and more.  This is your next vacation memory so ask questions! If you are interested in working with me, I'll get started.  

Using my expertise and research, you will receive a draft itinerary with recommended hotels or resorts, cruise itineraries, tours, transfers, and more.  This is the most important and time-intensive part of the process as I work through your 'wish list' to craft an amazing vacation. I will schedule additional review sessions as needed to ensure the vacation is everything you desire.  

Once you approve the itinerary, I'll work to book your accommodations, tours, transfers, tickets and more.  As we get closer, I'll send you reminder emails and helpful tips to help you along. Of course, contact me should you have any questions along the way.

You will receive a beautiful, interactive itinerary with all your vacation details: reservations, tickets, confirmations, maps, ground transportation, travel protection, country-entry requirements, pro-tips for theme parks, hyperlinks and more.  The itinerary is also loaded onto an app, perfect for on-the-go travel! We will have a detailed review of everything, so you are 100% comfortable with your travel plans.  I'll touch base by email a few days before travel and shortly after you arrive in destination to be sure everything is going smoothly.
